Bespoke SBS also hold extensive knowledge in the construction of properties enabling us to act as your 'Project manager.' This gives you the reassurance and comfort that the construction will be completed to the highest standard, without compromise.
BUILDING SUSTAINABLE HOMES
We are passionate about designing and building homes with high levels of heat retention and where feasible, the removal of green house gas production within the home. We understand every project has a budget, so it is our role to develop a proposal that fits architecturally, functionally, and environmentally, within any financial requirements.
During the design process, we build the property on our 3D visual software allowing all clients to visualize their completed project before putting a spade in the ground.
Throughout the design process, we will work though all options available to our clients and, at each stage innovative or future proof ideas will be suggested with the environmental benefits explained.

All completed projects now receive a full 'Home user guild' pack. This pack is an aid to the home owner to maximize the energy savings though out the properties lift span. It also explains how best to heat and ventilate the property for maximum comfort.

We were asked to put together a full architectural set of drawings for a property renovation with an additional pair of semi-detached starter homes within the curtilage of the renovated properties. All drawings were completed and the project was overseen successfully to CSL 4.
New Build Starter Home
Bespoke New Build
Full design and management of a rural new build 4 bed property. We worked very closely with the purchasers to complete their home to their own exacting standards.
Complete Property Renovation and Extension
This is a complete renovation of an Edwardian property to a modem comfortable 5 bed property. It consists of 4 receptions, laundry chute, and separate dressing room.
Extensions in Designated Areas
A ground floor extension and loft conversion with a conservation area. We had to make concessions to conform with unique local planning legislation, however with clearly thought out design we were still able to deliver the proposal acceptable to the clients
Grade 2 Listed Renovation
We were recommended by an existing customer to manage a listed building which required a completed renovation from a commercial premises back to residential property.
